New Policy Paper on Hotel Industry Liability for Sex Trafficking

Posted: April 5, 2016

In our continuing efforts to educate and expand awareness of commercial sexual exploitation, the CSE Institute periodically publishes Policy Papers that discuss key issues and best practices to address this horrific crime.

Read our most recent policy paper addressing criminal and civil liability for hotels and their employees when they turn a blind eye to sex trafficking occurring on their premises.

We would like to congratulate our extern Gina Cautilli (VLS 2017), who was the primary author of this latest publication, and to thank Brooke Razor (VLS 2016) and Sarah Robinson (VLS 2016), for their contributions.
