Responding to a statement from a Bucks Co., Pa. prosecutor, The Institute to Address Commercial Sexual Exploitation, The CSE Institute, sent a letter to the Editor of the Philadelphia Enquirer. The letter was published in the print and online editions of the newspaper on Tuesday, October 14, 2014.
