Director of CSE Institute to Speak during the Pennsylvania News Association Foundation’s Reporters’ Series on Human Trafficking

CSE Institute Director Shea Rhodes, Esq. and Advisory Board Member Jamie Manirakiza will be presenting tomorrow, August 13, 2015 from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm during the Pennsylvania News Association Foundation’s Reporters’ Series on Human Trafficking.

The presentation will focus on the enactment and implementation of Act 105, Pennsylvania’s recently enacted comprehensive human trafficking legislation as well as Senate Bill 851, the pending legislation for Safe Harbor.  Ms. Rhodes will discuss why full immunity is the best policy for Pennsylvania to adopt for child victims of sexual exploitation and human trafficking.

The Reporters’ Series is meant to provide an educational, non-partisan forum for in-depth exploration of important and timely policy issues impacting the Commonwealth.
