Director of CSE Institute Speaks to Philadelphia Youth About Human Trafficking during Philadelphia Police CHEERS Program

On March 14, 21 and 28, Shea Rhodes, Esq., Director of the CSE Institute, taught six workshops in six different locations to Philadelphia children for the Philadelphia Police Department’s Community Health Enrichment Empowerment Resource Services program (“CHEERS”). CHEERS’ mission is to “[collaborate] and [cooperate] with the community to effectively instill and impress upon our youth values conducive with self improvement and betterment of our community.”

The CSE Institute commends the Philadelphia Police Department in its efforts to combat human trafficking and instill community values in Philadelphia’s children.
