Director of CSE Institute Presents on ACT 105 to the Pennsylvania Coalition Against Rape (PCAR) Middle and Western Regional Meetings

On March 16 and 17, Shea Rhodes, Esq., Director of the CSE Institute, presented on Act 105 via Skype sessions to the Pennsylvania Coalition Against Rape (PCAR) Middle and Western Regional Meetings. PCAR’s mission is “to end sexual violence and [PCAR] advocates for the rights and needs of sexual assault victims. PCAR partners with a network of rape crisis programs to bring help, hope and healing around issues of sexual violence to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.”
