Director of CSE Institute Testifies Before the Pennsylvania Sentencing Commission Regarding Act 105 Sentencing Enhancements

On March 18, Shea Rhodes, Esq., Director of the CSE Institute, testified before the before the Pennsylvania Commission on Sentencing regarding enhancements to sentencing under Act 105. These recommendations included increasing Offense Gravity Scores and Prior Record Scores of convicted sex traffickers and using evidence of being a victim of sex trafficking as a mitigating factor for sentencing purposes.
