The CSE Institute partnered with Demand Abolition and the CEASE Network, a national anti-trafficking initiative focusing on targeting sex purchasers, to host a training webinar for law enforcement. The webinar was broadcast live on Friday, April 10, 2015 at Villanova University School of Law.
The webinar focused on open source intelligence tactics. Officers from Philadelphia’s Criminal Intelligence Unit and representatives from the Pennsylvania State Police, including the Captain of Intelligence and several Intelligence Analysts, were in attendance.
