New Legal Resource on How to Apply Attorney Client Privilege in Human Trafficking Cases

Posted: May 8, 2017

We are pleased to announce the publication of a new legal resource, a research paper, Applying Attorney-Client Privilege in Human Trafficking Cases, authored by former CSE Institute extern, E. Kelly Conway (CWSL Class of 2017). This paper is the culminating product of a semester dedicated to individual guided research. Ms. Conway’s paper examines the role and application of attorney-client privilege in human trafficking cases and argues in favor of extending privilege to those who work collaboratively with the legal team, such as a social worker. We are proud to be sharing this impressive and important work with our supporters. Congratulations on your amazing paper, Kelly!
